Case management services provides, planning, coordination, monitoring, and assistance in navigating systems, options, and resources to meet an individual's specific needs.
It is with these goals in mind that Medicine Wheel Recovery Services will provide Case Management Services for individuals engaged in treatment.
These services include the following:

- Peer Mentorship (Certified Recovery Mentors (CRM) & Peer Support Specialist (PSS) to assist you on your road to recovery.)
- Assistance navigating various systems
- Service referrals to other providers in the community including: Veterans Services, health, dental, legal aid, and other social services providers, etc.
- Employment Readiness
- GED Preparation, college enrollment, financial aid application assistance
- Community relationships to provide service/volunteer opportunities for individuals in treatment
- Providing support to access needs for cultural and spiritual health identified by participant
- Tenant Education
- Education on navigating community resources
- Attending court as required or requested
- Attending Family Determination meetings
- Coordinating care with community partners individuals are also involved with such as DHS, Parole/Probation, etc.
